# La'espace · Keyword Research

Prepared by House of Asva for La'espace. Companion to the SEO Strategy and the Local SEO and Google Maps Analysis.

## How to read this

This is a map of demand by intent, not a volume report. Reliable search volumes for Hyderabad interior queries are not available without paid tools, so each cluster is given an intent, a target page and a priority, and the actual volumes and difficulty are confirmed at build with Google Search Console, Google Keyword Planner, and Ahrefs or Semrush. The example queries are representative of how this audience actually searches, drawn from live results and the questions competitors answer, not guessed numbers.

Priority key: P1 build first, highest fit to the ten lakh and above client. P2 build next. P3 later or opportunistic.
Difficulty reflects who currently ranks: High means platforms and directories own it; Medium is contestable; Low is winnable for a focused studio.

---

## 1. Brand and trust

The visitor who wants a real, accountable studio rather than a platform. Highest fit, lowest volume, easiest to convert.

| Example queries | Intent | Target page | Priority | Difficulty |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| luxury interior designers hyderabad; bespoke interior design hyderabad | Commercial, premium | Home, The Work | P1 | Medium |
| best interior designers in hyderabad; top interior designers hyderabad | Commercial, broad | Home plus listicle inclusion | P2 | High |
| interior design studio jubilee hills; custom home interiors hyderabad | Commercial, premium | Studio, locality page | P1 | Medium |
| interior designers no design fee; turnkey interior designers hyderabad | Commercial, trust | The Studio, an investment page | P1 | Low |

Note: the bare head term is platform and listicle territory; pursue it through inclusion in the ranking listicles and through brand authority, not by trying to outrank them directly.

## 2. Typology

What the visitor is designing. Strong commercial intent, mapped to dedicated pages.

| Example queries | Intent | Target page | Priority | Difficulty |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| villa interior design hyderabad; luxury villa interiors hyderabad | Commercial, premium | Villa or new-build service page | P1 | Medium |
| 3bhk interior design hyderabad; apartment interior design hyderabad | Commercial | Residential service page | P2 | High |
| office interior designers hyderabad; commercial interior designers hyderabad | Commercial, B2B | Commercial and office page | P1 | Medium |
| home renovation interior designers hyderabad | Commercial | Renovation service page | P2 | Medium |
| modular kitchen design hyderabad; wardrobe design hyderabad | Commercial, narrow | Cluster article linking to service | P3 | High |

The villa, new-build and commercial typologies are where the premium budget concentrates and where platforms are weaker, so these are P1.

## 3. Locality

Where the home is. This is the realistic organic and local battleground for a single studio, and the spine of the scalable architecture. Each needs a genuine page with real local projects, never a thin duplicate.

Priority localities (premium first): Jubilee Hills, Banjara Hills, Kokapet, Narsingi, Puppalguda, Financial District, Gachibowli, Kondapur, Madhapur, Hitec City, Manikonda, Nanakramguda, Raidurgam, Tellapur, Nallagandla.

| Example query pattern | Intent | Target page | Priority | Difficulty |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| interior designers in jubilee hills; interior designers in banjara hills | Local, commercial | Locality page plus GBP | P1 | Medium |
| luxury interior designers kokapet; villa interior designers narsingi | Local, premium | Locality page | P1 | Low to Medium |
| interior designers near me (from within priority areas) | Local, high intent | Google Business Profile, locality pages | P1 | Medium |
| interior designers in gachibowli; interior designers financial district | Local, mixed | Locality page | P2 | Medium |

Competition note: directories (Sulekha, Justdial) and platform locality pages dominate here, and Zikhra already runs luxury locality pages for Kokapet and others. La'espace wins by making each locality page genuinely about real work in that area, paired with a strong local pack presence.

## 4. Cost and investment

The largest, busiest cluster, and the filter. The price-led visitor enters here; the content frames the true investment and either routes the high-fit visitor or lets the low-fit visitor self-select out.

| Example queries | Intent | Target page | Priority | Difficulty |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| interior design cost in hyderabad; interior design cost per sqft hyderabad | Informational, price-led | Cost and investment pillar | P1 | High |
| 3bhk interior design cost hyderabad; 2bhk interior cost hyderabad | Informational, price-led | Cost pillar, cluster articles | P2 | High |
| luxury interior design cost hyderabad; villa interior cost hyderabad | Informational, higher fit | Investment-framed article | P1 | Medium |
| how much do interior designers charge in hyderabad | Informational | FAQ-led article | P2 | High |

Content gap and opportunity: the cost cluster is saturated with platform and aggregator posts that quote ranges to win the click. None frames cost from a premium, quality-first, longevity point of view. An honest investment-framing pillar, what your money actually buys, why doing it once well costs more and saves more, is an open, ownable and on-brand angle that also attracts AI citation.

Published reference ranges, for context only and not La'espace pricing: roughly ₹1,200 to ₹4,500 per square foot; a 2BHK around ₹4 to 9 lakh; a 3BHK around ₹4.5 to 25 lakh; luxury and villa higher (sources: NoBroker, Livspace, Decorpot, Access Interiors, J Prime, 2024 to 2026).

---

## 5. Design thinking and educational

Top of funnel, builds authority, earns AI citations, draws the serious homeowner back.

| Example queries | Intent | Target page | Priority | Difficulty |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| interior design styles; modern vs contemporary interiors | Informational | Journal cluster | P3 | High |
| how to choose an interior designer; questions to ask an interior designer | Informational, trust | Journal, trust article | P2 | Medium |
| interior design process explained; how long do interiors take | Informational | Journal, process article | P2 | Low |
| vastu interior design hyderabad | Informational, local | Journal cluster | P3 | Medium |

---

## 6. Materials, finishes and light

Niche, ownable, and on-brand given the studio's render strength and the "light is the first material" idea.

| Example queries | Intent | Target page | Priority | Difficulty |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| natural light interior design; lighting design for homes | Informational | Journal, the light study | P2 | Low |
| premium materials interior design; veneer vs laminate | Informational | Journal cluster | P3 | Medium |
| sustainable interior design hyderabad | Informational, niche | Journal cluster | P3 | Low |

---

## 7. NRI and remote

Small but high-value and underserved, and a natural fit for the render and 360 strength.

| Example queries | Intent | Target page | Priority | Difficulty |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| interior designers for nri hyderabad; remote interior design india | Commercial, niche | NRI service or journal page | P2 | Low |
| design my home remotely; virtual interior design consultation | Commercial | Find Your Light, NRI page | P2 | Low |

---

## 8. Mapping summary

Brand and trust to the Home and Studio. Typology to dedicated service pages, villa, commercial and renovation first. Locality to genuine locality pages plus the Google Business Profile. Cost to the investment-framing pillar that filters. Educational, materials and NRI to the journal clusters that build authority and feed AI answers. Every cluster links internally toward its pillar or service page.

## 9. Validating volumes and difficulty

Before committing the editorial calendar, confirm the real numbers.
Google Search Console for the queries the site already earns once live. Google Keyword Planner for volume bands and related terms. Ahrefs or Semrush for difficulty, competitor gaps and the queries competitors rank for. Google autocomplete, People Also Ask and related searches for the long-tail and question phrasing. Re-prioritise this map against that data periodically.

The full keyword table also lives in the data workbook (Keyword Map tab) for tracking.
